Elizabeth was born in Pasco, Washington. Born into the military life she traveled around the world with her parents until the age of 13 and enjoyed going to different places and meeting different people and trying different food with her eight brothers and sisters.
The travel bug never left her and she joined the Air Force, retiring after 21+ years of service. Military service included administrative, supervisor, budget and personnel duties
After retiring from the military, Elizabeth worked in higher education as a fiscal specialist for 20 years. Working with faculty and students from different spectrum by training/guiding in organization procedures and policy.
She has gained vast experience from both federal and state agencies in management of people and resources.
