As the CFO of the Brotherhood R.I.S.E. Center, Janette leads financial management, ensuring the organization's fiscal health and sustainability. She oversees budgeting, accounting, and administrative duties, managing the entire budget process and preparing technical documents.

With 20 years of experience handling multimillion-dollar budgets, Janette has led financial working groups and management boards, making funding recommendations and defending budget requirements. She holds a Financial Management Certification Level 3.
