Kelley Jackson
Kelley Jackson is the Social Services Supervisor at the R.I.S.E. Center of Hilltop.
Over the span of thirty-five years working and volunteering in the social services field, Kelley served in a variety of settings including mental health, substance use, health care delivery, public heath informatics, and public policy. In everything she does, Kelley holds tight to her Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) and Recovery Coach training, always working from person-centered, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and recovery-focused modalities. Most importantly, she lives to hold the hope for others, believing whole-heartedly that recovery is possible for everyone. Kelley graduated from The Evergreen State College in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in community development and public administration. She is the proud mother of a daughter, son, his beautiful wife, and best-buddies with her grandson who is the shining star in her life.
